What is depression? Ever thought of it's root cause!!!

Title : Root cause of depression & its remedy.

Depression is the alteration of mind when the mind is reacting in this world &
Inspiration is the creative force of the same mind when the mind is not reacting, when the mind is only acting...
For example the actors are just acting in the movies, so there performance is marvelous & flawless, but in their real life when they start reacting to every actions/ situations, they also fall flat.

To get rid of depression :

1. Stop reacting:
It means learn to accept the things as they come to You & negotiate through, to the best of your ability.
Always remember, we are here in this world to receive success as well as failure. We‘ve to train our self to accept both with equal ease.
Even failure is a boon to us, as they show the wrong path which we should not follow, means a caution to future :-) With that experience we can fearlessly start again... & with true enthusiasm.

2. Be enough protective to negative criticisms. When you start finding recognition of your work, always from others, there is a greater chance that you will be depressed. Instead judge yourself & if you are right (true to your heart), then nothing to worry at all.

3. Wherever we function through doubts, we perspire.
When we function through doubtless commitment we inspire. That’s the secret :-)

4. When U find anyone (friend or spouse) in state of depression, give enough recognition, that to sincerely & too lovingly. Thereby that person will be out of depression & U‘ll get even better results. To know what that is, just try it out & feel the same.

5. When we define our success in comparison to other’s success, depression fires up, which cranks away our energy & enthusiasm to degrade further levels. Instead try to rejoice whatever you have & remain calm & serene. A Peaceful mind can only excel in every aspect of life. Success is guaranteed in that state of mind.

6. Understand it deep from your heart, that Depression is our own creation only. If you are a self realized person or practicing spirituality, then you can easily sort the cause of it & very soon cure the disease.

Conclusion:
When bodily we get tired, exhausted, heated we start throwing perspiration, dirt & bad smell.
Similarly when we are mentally frustrated, exhausted, dejected we start throwing depression. (Also a state when we tend to seek attention).

So purify your mind everyday, as you take bath daily to get rid of the bodily impurities.
And this can be easily achieved by practicing spiritual activities like meditation, prayers, pranayams etc.
