Type : gpedit.msc

Expand : Computer Configuration -->Administrative Templates à Network à
Click on QoS Packet Scheduler

Click on “Limit Reservable bandwidth”

Select : Enabled radio button

Enter 0 in Bandwidth
limit(%) text box & click on apply.
For you satisfaction measure the bandwidth before applying
the settings (by speedtest.net) & after also. (Sometimes the changes will
reflect after system restart).

you can only find gpedit.msc in the Ultimate, Professional and Enterprise editions, and not in the Home Premium or Basic editions.

Ya, You are right.
As I m using Enterprise edition, so I ve not seen any problem in office lapi, but I need to switch my personal lapi's OS to Ultimate, in order to use the above enhancement :)
